As a VOBS alumnus, you know firsthand that going out on course is life-changing. Whether paddling the St. Croix, backpacking through Big Bend, dog sledding across BWCA or sea kayaking in Lake Superior, VOBS courses prepare students for the challenges that await them – in their classrooms, families, our communities and in life. You can count yourself among a special group of people who have pushed themselves far beyond what they ever thought possible.

We hope the experiences you had while on your journey were valuable to you and will last a life-time. As an alumni to our school, we encourage you to stay in touch, share your memories with upcoming members and pass on your knowledge.

• Fill out an Alumni Info Form. Update your contact info, and tell us how you would like to be involved.
• Join our Facebook Group and Like Our Page. Connect with other VOBS alumnus, upload photos and share stories.

STAY INVOLVED:

• Share Your Story or Be A Reference. Word of mouth is by far the most effective way to give this experience to more individuals. Tell us about your VOBS experience, or tell us why you are interested in helping, and we'll make sure you have all the necessary tools to share your love of VOBS. Spread the word and get others to join us out there! Our Course Finder is the best resource for anyone looking for upcoming courses.
• Make A Donation or Fundraise. As a nonprofit, we strive to provide access to Outward Bound experiences regardless of income. When you support VOBS, you provide the opportunity for students of all backgrounds to experience significant growth and positive change.
• Alumni Service Week. Join other alumnus who are familiar with the Outward Bound challenge for this unique blend of service work and community building.
